Gurun Air Conditioning & Refrigeration always take OH&S policy as one of the most of the importance factors to consider the safety of its employees, sub-contractors, customers and the public.

Objectives

• To ensure that Management and staff are provided with adequate training and instructions to enable them to understand Statutory and Company responsibilities in providing a safe workplace for employees, sub-contractors, customers and the Public.
• To ensure staff are adequately skilled to carry out works undertaken.
• To provide guidelines for OH&S training assessment needs commensurate with the nature and risks of the business.
• To promote a safety culture throughout all staff that injury or harm to our people is not acceptable.
• To promote a duty of Care attitude towards the workplace for all people.

• Understand their legal obligations in all aspects of OH&S in the workplace.
• Carry out training needs for employees.
• Follow up to ensure that not only has training been completed but is also being implemented.
• Ensure reviews are carried out for the company and its sub-contractors to confirm that OH&S policies being used are in line with current requirements.
